The vision for the development was inspired by a modern farmhouse design paying homage to the local farming history.  The building forms and materials are familiar and warm, while the details and large window openings feel much more contemporary.  The program focused on incorporating resort style amenities and lush landscape. The Barn was thoughtfully designed and is accessible to residents 24/7. Located within the 3,600 square foot space is an indoor mail and package center, ski tuning and bike tuning rooms, state of the art fitness center, on demand virtual fitness room, outdoor yoga plaza, pet spa and bike wash. The residences feature master suites with spacious walk in closets, nine-foot ceilings, large modern kitchens and private balconies.
